We at Paramount Improvements believe it is our responsibility to serve our customers with integrity and to insure that their best interests drive every decision we make.  We must operate our company with efficiency so that prices remain fair and service dependable.
  We are responsible to our employees and must see to it that the men and women
who work here – along with their families – are treated justly. 
They must be compensated fairly and given a work environment that promotes their well being.

 We hold an obligation to our larger family of subcontractors, suppliers and distributors.  They must be treated with
respect and consideration and have an opportunity to make a fair and adequate profit.
